Brian Caldwell, RLS graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS degree in Engineering in 1971 and has been licensed in Georgia and South Carolina since 1976. He has worked for some of the largest and most respected surveying and engineering firms in the region, such as Wilbur Smith & Associates, Rochester, Moore Bass, Jimmerson Dickson, Broward Davis, and So-Deep Utility engineering. Opening Caldwell and Associates in 2004 doing smaller lot surveys and boundaries in our spare time, we now have Clients with projects as large as the full inventory of Fulton County's sewer and water system, Atlanta's sewer and water system rehabilitation, which we do in the name of Compass Surveying, Inc.
